1997 Coachman Leprechaun 305 MB Class C

we are third owners who have not used it yet,,we bought it from second owner last yr with big plans for this yr that didnt work out.This has Lots of storage .4500 watt Onan Generator ( 250 hrs) runs on same gas as RV,, it has a V10- 4 spd auto 55,000 Miles..it was brought from California 10 yrs ago..previous owner put 5 new tires on it in 22 and put about 1000 miles on them,also put a new One Piece Roof on too and never used it . after that, Previous owner put in new Battery last fall too.. I had the sixth new tire put on last fall...( 10 miles since) also i installed a used CDN tire RV battery and a good used Interstate RV Battery..has a 10 amp Solar charger on it all winter, New oil n filter change too.5-30 Castrol Synthetic..frt right fender has paint flaking,see in picture,,and rear right of bumper dented, see in pictures we also installed a new Queen mattrass, never used,. a New 32 inch TV with built in DVD player on a wall mount in rear bedroom.. frt TV and 3 cupboard doors were stolen from Previous owners place of storage,. i had new cupboard doors custom made. 3 way fridge works. has cosmetic issue,.previous owner used duct tape to keep door closed while moving,,i replace the door lock on top.. also has some extra curtain holes previous owner made,,see in pictures All dishes. pots n pans ,solar panel included if u like . were probably never camping again due to health issues.. price is $23,000 cash ,,same way we bought it please, wife doesnt do electronic money. serious buyer can go to her bank with here and transfer that way please Phone Whitecourt..780-778-2505 please,it comes with all camping gear,,dishes,,cutlery.pot n pans if you iike i have never has water in it and dont know how to use the valve system.previous owner never showed me said he always used campground bathrooms and cooked outside. so if you had a RV before and are serious.we can do it together .i can drain the antifreeze and add water to try out the taps.. text for any more pictures,,780-778-2505 Ken in Whitecourt
