6000 Watt Generator needing work.

hr meter says 695 hrs seller i got it from said it worked 2 years ago.. just needs recoil rope reattached. so i drained old gas,. New gas with Stabilizer and installed a new recoil i ordered wrong few yrs ago ,it worked, and hooked up my booster pack to the cables that were cut off and it started right up..but no power output?so if you have knowledge of these Chinese Generators come get it, bring help.i cant help lift it. 2 of us 73 yr olds just barely unloaded it.its 220 lbs , im in Whitecourt.paid $200 , recoil..and new Wheel kit $250 FIRM
