Bottom Cooey Model 82 was a single shot bolt-action .22 caliber target rifle intended for use in training Canadian Army and RCAF cadets during WWII. This Military Cooey Model 82 trainer from WW2 was used for drilling purposes, target shooting, Home Guard and Cadet training.There is a Stock Number and C broad arrow on the bottom of the pistol grip and a crest on the top of the receiver. The bolt also has the C broad arrow. Nice walnut stock with minor marks on the stock as can be expected on a training rifle. This rifle does not have a peep sight and was used as a training rifle for the Lee En-field No 1's. Bluing is very good bore is excellent. Comes with web sling $500.00.

-Browning trombone .22 pump with a vintage Weaver G4 fixed power scope -Manufactured in Belgium from 1922-74. -only 150,000 units were sold in 50 years. - low serial number 41290 means the approximate date of manufacturing could be around the 1930’s. -stock is NOT cracked from slam firing! (See pictures) (Always look for stock being cracked where it meets metal. That is typical of these rifles especially older ones. Slam firing is where you hold the trigger down while pumping the action and it fires with each pump.) This one has not been wrecked by slam firing. -shoots s, l and lr. -hamnerless -cross bolt safety -take down version -for its age the wood and blueing are excellent.
