I did not get the 'go' gauges as that defines the minimum headspace and I was looking out for headspace growing with usage of the gun. Primarily for when I was searching for guns to purchase.  The field gauges indicate maximum safe headspace in used guns, i.e. slightly larger than the SAAMI as manufactured. If a 'Field' gauge will chamber, don't shoot the gun.  I'm not sure if I ever actually used these. They are in as new condition. J. Steven’s A&T Co. Chicopee Falls APR 17 93. Neat break down gallery gun looking thing. Single shot falling block. Pull the lever down and a round can be loaded. Hammer then cocked to fire. Hammer spring is strong. Extracts well. Bolt underneath unscrews a bit and then the barrel can be taken off. It has had a repair done on the receiver. Best I can tell it’s made between 1893 & 1939. Not sure if I’ve ever actually shot it lol. It’s worn. Be lucky to find any blueing left. It has been loved and used for a long time before I got it. Can ship anywhere on buyers dime.
