Action is a Borden Alpine Magnum (right bolt, right port) with a 20 MOA rail. Barrel is a Krieger 26” 1:7.5 twist chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. About 2.5 feet in length black does not have a scope. Bit of damage to the slide rail on the right side? I managed to fix it up a bit could use a new string. But other than that, it shoots true, light Wait, great for a beginner and comes with 5 bolts.

Looking to part with my beautiful Browning BLR 81L Long Action in 7mm Rem Mag. Serial # trace sets it as manufactured in 1993. Heavy steel receiver and made in Japan. You may find the odd minor blemish here and there on the stock if you look really, really hard. But the stock and bluing is near perfect top to bottom. Slight discoloration on the side of the bolt as shown in the photos. I bought this rifle at a gun show a couple years back and don't know who the first owners were. I had plans of topping it with an optic but have not purchased one for it (just the bases). I have put 38 rounds down range over the past 4 years with the irons. Always cleaned and lightly oiled after each use. It is hard to believe this rifle is 33 years old. I just don't love the lever action as much as I thought I would, and I'm looking to change to a bolt action in a different caliber for my future intentions. That being said, this action and BLR is as smooth as butter. Package includes: Rifle: Browning BLR 81L – Long Action (7mm Rem Mag). Magazines: Two 3-round detachable box magazines. -Browning trombone .22 pump with a vintage Weaver G4 fixed power scope -Manufactured in Belgium from 1922-74. -only 150,000 units were sold in 50 years. - low serial number 41290 means the approximate date of manufacturing could be around the 1930’s. -stock is NOT cracked from slam firing! (See pictures) (Always look for stock being cracked where it meets metal. That is typical of these rifles especially older ones. Slam firing is where you hold the trigger down while pumping the action and it fires with each pump.) This one has not been wrecked by slam firing. -shoots s, l and lr. -hamnerless -cross bolt safety -take down version -for its age the wood and blueing are excellent.
