It has built-in iron sights, and the barrel is drilled and tapped (from the factory) for mounting a scope. It also has sling swivel studs. This rifle has a top-tang safety. It is in great original condition, with normal usage marks. This Ruger #3 was shipped in a 1981.

Fired a box of Aguila sub sonic through it this winter and performed very well, was able to group 1 MOA and under at 40-50 meters.
