Selling/trading a Mauser Model 71 that's been converted to a single shot .22 lr. Receiver dated 1875. Overall it's in very nice shape. Original length barrel which has a short sleeve at the chamber (sleeve runs about 1/3 the length of the inside of the barrel). Bluing is in nice shape throughout with only light spots of fading here and there. Wood stock is also in very nice shape with no major blemishes. Topped with its original sights, retains its bayonet lug and will come with sling pictured. A very unique rifle overall. Looking for $995 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer. Open to all trades. The receiver has an integrated rail for mounting optics. There are some scratches in the clear-coat, nothing deep.
