Stock is in rougher shape, looks to have had a repair around the bottom metal, butt stock has a sticky texture to it from what I assume was tape of some kind that would have been on it at some time. Safety wing has been welded on a will need some filing to stay in the safety position properly. Butt plate has some chips out of it. Bore is starting to darken but is in good shootable shape. comes topped with a set of bases. Would make a nice restoration project or use it as a beater. Looking for $375 shipped. Barrel finish has been stripped and is in a bright stainless finish. Comes with bottom metal, action screws, internal mag and firing pin. The rest of the bolt and trigger are missing. There are a few miscellaneous parts for the safety that will be included, looks to be some kind of Model 70 safety conversion. I would also prefer it to be pre-bankruptcy, (around 2006), and it needs to have a bottom metal, which the adl model lacks. Selling/trading a Mauser action and barrel. Action is a 1905 Carl Gustaf controlled round feed. Receiver, bolt, and mag are matching. Bolt has extractor, firing pin, and spring but no safety, bolt shroud, cocking mechanism, trigger, etc. Complete with action screws, internal box magazine and bottom metal which has been milled for a more aesthetically pleasing look. Winchester Model 1895 30-40 Krag Ref #1047 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, round barrel, shotgun style rear stock. Dated 1903. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 28” long with period sights intact. Bore is nice and clean with minimal to no corrosion, excellent rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 20% throughout. There are very few minor scratches on metal. Screws are mostly unused, one does appear to have seen a screwdriver but is in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower is correct. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Trades in person only. The firearms and accessories I sell may be new or used and are usually acquired through estate liquidations. I visually inspect them and check basic operation only and share what I know or find in the description and photos. They are not live test fired.
