Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greet patients and assist with check-in processes.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk operations efficiently.

• Handle phone calls addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
• Support healthcare providers by preparing examination rooms and assisting during procedures when needed.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks within a medical office setting.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient information.
• Ability to operate phone systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
