Must have a vet to prescribe meds(dorm gel) if horse/equine isn’t good at all to stand for farrier in anyway(jerking, yanking feet, leaning, kicking before being touched, rearing etc) OVERDUE FEET: Also, if I correct your horses feet when it’s been overdue like 10-14 weeks or up to 1 year, there’s an overdue fee. Priced higher for reasons, such as tools etc. For the horses sake, it needs to be shorter to 5-6 weeks or even 2-3 weeks depending if it’s a huge founder issue etc. I don’t want to go back to old bad feet due to poor trim schedule. Prolonging for 7-9 weeks cycle for corrective trim doesn’t work with me even in winter. I want the best for your horses/animals. Also, consider nutritional advices and circumstances. Thanks. If it is a property that someone would consider selling sometime down the road, that would be a bonus, but is not a prerequisite. We are in need of a place for the 1st of October. We are able to pay our bills (on time) and have proof of income and rent paid for the past 2.5 yrs. We've been looking in the Worsley area for the past 2 years as we loved it there and go often to visit. Our price range is $1400-$1500 plus utilities, $1800-$2000 ONLY if utilities are included. I am aware that the current market is asking much higher rent prices, but for sustainability we cannot pay more.
