Selling/trading a Browning Superposed 12 gauge over under. Overall it's in nice shape. This is a pre-war gun made somewhere between 1931 an 1939 (SN 10###). 30" barrels with solid rib, 2 3/4" chambers, fixed chokes (not marked), ejectors, single trigger with safety on the tang not operable but a safety on the underside of the trigger that slides forward and back - this was a factory option that many guns were retrofitted with after 1937. Receiver was factory colour case hardened - the vast majority of which has faded but is still present on the underside of the release lever and on the inside of the action when the barrels are removed. Bluing on the barrels show very well with only light spots of fading here and there. Receiver has nice factory scroll work throughout. Straight English style stock. Wood is all in good shape, normal marks here and there. Has a hairline on the left side of the forestock which doesn't appear to be through the wood. The heel of the butt stock has a chunk out of it and a chip in the butt plate in the same spot. Lockup is tight, bores are in nice shape throughout. Overall a very nice shotgun. Fantastic shooter and tack driver. My favourite things about it: the trigger pull is easily adjustable without having to take the gun apart to fine tune to your preference, and the stock has a really nice feel. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, I’m just not shooting it very often and want to fund a new project. It’s shot maybe 200 rounds, 250 max so it’s barely broken in. I have a beautiful little Henry 410 lever action for sale. It doesn’t get much use as I favour my Marlin 410. I’m actually torn between selling one of the two. It’s the model with the 20 inch smooth barrel and tube fed. I’ll give it to 8 to 9 out of 10 as far as condition goes. Little bit of patina on the lever and bottom of receiver. Doesn’t affect shooting whatsoever. Nothing a little fine grit sandpaper wouldn’t fix. This was my ex-girlfriend‘s first Shotgun, I had to confiscate it because she wasn’t taking good care of it lol. Custom Sako 85 7mm WSM. Pulled the scope off it was going to swap glass but have a 7PRC and have come to the conclusion I won’t use this gun and Don’t have a need for it. It is serial number 001.
