Cal. 30-06. Serial# 4798918. Bbl.24". Marked behind front sight "SC" with a flaming bomb and "10-43." Aperture rear sight graduated to 800 yards. Blade front sight. Swept bolt marked on top of handle "B2" and marking underneath appears as "F." Safety lug is Remington style, as is the bolt shroud. All stamped furniture, including large bow triggerguard and fine checkered trap buttplate. Walnut stock set with two recoil bolts. The grip is marked underneath with encircled "P" proof. Assembly marks are visible ahead of the trigger guard. CONDITION: stock set has a and bruises in its appearance commensurate with extensive service. There are numerous handling marks. The metal retains its original finish with some thinning and wear. Very good, shiny 4-groove bore. also comes with a leather combat sling. Here is an excellent condition Bruno factory made German VZ 24. This is a non- matching rifle however is an excellent condition stock and boar. These are incredibly rare, it's in fantastic shape, shiny bore, and an original sling not a repro the bayonet lug is unmarked though and all the history is as such.  1941 duv K98k was likely captured or surrendered after WWII.Instead of being destroyed or exported immediately, it was: Inspected Possibly re-barreled or cleaned up Reissued to DDR police or military The W in starburst/shield marks it as part of the DDR’s official arms inventory.  these are incredibly uncommon, and east german stuff is highly collectable i can ship but I highly suggest getting insurance.
