Up for serious consideration, is a late 1800's Hammered 12 Guage Double Barrelled Shotgun. Manufactured by Claybrough and Johnstone, Price Street, Birmingham England sometime after 1868. The steel is Damascus finish with a 30 inch barrel. Calibre is 12 Guage 2.5 inches. I have never fired the gun. The inside of the barrell(s) are clean , with no pitting. The unit has tiny marks and scratches over its surface on both wood and metal. The one barrel has a tiny indent approximately 16 inches from the breach.It is slightly visible on the inside of the barrel. Each barrel has the numbers "293" stamped on them as well as the underside of the foregrip. The number "144" is stamped on the centre rib of the barrel underneath the foregrip. Both firing pins/hammers need a tiny adjustment. Hopefully the photos tell you the overall condition the gun is in. If you have any questions, please email me via this ad. Winchester Model 1895 30-40 Krag Ref #1047 This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, round barrel, shotgun style rear stock. Dated 1903. Stock is in good shape, forend has a few chips missing next to metal, the rear stock is excellent, finish is period correct. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 28” long with period sights intact. Bore is nice and clean with minimal to no corrosion, excellent rifling top to bottom. Bluing appears original and app. 20% throughout. There are very few minor scratches on metal. Screws are mostly unused, one does appear to have seen a screwdriver but is in very good shape. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower is correct. Overall, I grade this firearm as very good and should be fully functional. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Trades in person only. The firearms and accessories I sell may be new or used and are usually acquired through estate liquidations. I visually inspect them and check basic operation only and share what I know or find in the description and photos. They are not live test fired. I provide full disclosure on what I find but can not be held responsible for what I may miss. Selling/trading a Heym Drilling. Overall it's in excellent shape. 24" barrels. Top two barrels are 16 gauge 2 3/4", fixed chokes, chrome lined. Bottom barrel is a 7x65R. Bluing is in excellent shape throughout with very few notable imperfections. Receiver has nice factory scroll work and shows in a nice bright nickel finish. Wood stocks are also in very nice shape, a few light marks here and there. Bores are in good shape, some light wear on the shotgun barrels, rifle barrel is excellent. Come topped with the factory front sight and flip up rear sight. Also has quick detach mounts and a Tasco 3-9x50mm scope. Will come with the case pictured as well as a set of Redding dies.
