Automatic jack installed on the front of the trailer. 2 sets of keys for both doors. Couch and kitchen table can convert to beds, has 1 slide (couch and kitchen table on the slide), has indoor and outdoor sound system, small tv inside, has a small outdoor sink and stove attached. 2 chairs on the end of trailer with table in between them. Power awning. Coming with a brand new mattress inside on the bed. Other supplies coming with trailer include: 3 person tent, broom, small tool box (with misc tools for trailer), all septic tubes, water hose (for drinking water) and drainers inclds septic sacks for start of season, 2 outdoor rugs, pull sway bars, truck hitch, small indoor vacuum cleaner, indoor garbage can, extra dishes, levelling blocks and some towels (mix of bathroom and kitchen), all bedding for back bed inclds pillows and sleeping bag. There has been some edging shrinkage (t molding) throughout the trailer on counter edges, table edging too etc (I am looking to see if the trim can be replaced- approx 2 inch pieces). $28,000. We have a washer/dryer set from lg. A WM3850HVA washing machine and a DLEX3850V dryer. Both have worked flawlessly for the 18 months we have used them, but with the limited space in our condo, we are considering an all in one unit. We purchased these from visions on sale for a little over $2300 in July 2023, but were unable to install them for a few months, so they sat in the box in our living room for that time. They have probably only ran for 75 cycles or so as we do not need to do laundry that often. We would periodically run a washing machine cleaner through the washer every few months and gently wipe down the seals after each cycle. We always kept the doors and trays open, so there is zero chance of mold growth. The box is indented stamped TYPE 315H on the bottom edge on the inside of the door. The inside of the door has complete wiring schematic. The back panel also is marked 315 H. Metal crank on the right outside side of the box. The CHROME bells ring when cranked, The box is in great shape. The front cover has a decal “THE NORTHERN ELECTRICAL MANUFACTURING CO LTD” . The decal is showing its age. It is readable & recognizable and is in great shape for its vintage. The volume is adjustable by moving bell arms closer or farther from the clapper's resting position. Magneto appears to be in great condition. There is no apparent mold or mildew on the cloth wiring, winding insulation or wooden cabinet, Gongs & Ringer. Measures approximately 9 x 7 x 6 1/2 inches.
