If it is a property that someone would consider selling sometime down the road, that would be a bonus, but is not a prerequisite. We are in need of a place for the 1st of October. The current property that we are renting our landlord is looking to sell and has asked us to find a different place. We are clean, capable people who just need some space to work and raise our kids. Our son and daughter are homeschooled, my husband is a licensed heavy duty mechanic/technician/fabricator and I work remote administration and graphic design. We are looking for a property with 5 or more acres as we have a horse, a few chickens, and a milk goat. No indoor animals. A property that has an outdoor building that my husband could utilize for his work would be a huge bonus. We are able to pay our bills (on time) and have proof of income and rent paid for the past 2.5 yrs. We've been looking in the Worsley area for the past 2 years as we loved it there and go often to visit. Our price range is $1400-$1500 plus utilities, $1800-$2000 ONLY if utilities are included. I am aware that the current market is asking much higher rent prices, but for sustainability we cannot pay more.
