I’m definitely on the fence about this one, I have a Left Handed Browning medallion Xbolt in 30-06. I bought it used. I haven’t sighted it in a shot a few rounds through it but that’s about it. As for the condition, it’s definitely seen some use, it’s the way I got it when I bought it. I’ll probably give it a 7/10. The only reason why I’m considering selling is I have another rifle project, im looking to fund. Its fairly thick but they come in all shapes and sizes this one is a small/medium rating but it’s an A+ top quality gem on its own and may even be worth more than the gold in the ring itself. It cost me a good amount to get it all custom done which I was a part of the entire creation process. Its large about 12-13 size can be adjusted. It’s encased and mostly enclosed by a square raised section of the rings complete shank in one piece by a square top raised cushion setting. I don’t particularly want to part with this unless a good offer as on auction or selling to a pawn shop/jeweler could get more than I paid for it years ago. I have a beautiful little Henry 410 lever action for sale. It doesn’t get much use as I favour my Marlin 410. I’m actually torn between selling one of the two. It’s the model with the 20 inch smooth barrel and tube fed. I’ll give it to 8 to 9 out of 10 as far as condition goes. Little bit of patina on the lever and bottom of receiver. This is a budget friendly fixer upper Remington Model 1858 New Army revolver chambered for .44 caliber - price OBO. This revolver would have been born around the US Civil War, and based on level of wear probably saw use in the battle field before being harvested for parts at some point. Who knows what this revolver has seen in its long and resolute time on earth. Luckily it shows promise to be revived as parts still move freely and are not bound up. All required parts are available online, such as from Dixie Gun Works who accept international orders. Functional, a large caliber Remington Revolver in this shape this would generally go for $2000-$3000, with the only other one currently listed at $3800. Honestly I just don't have the time or interest to wait for the parts to show up and repair. My laziness is your gain. By my judgement, this revolver has the following issues: Barrel: loosened 1/16th turn, missing front sight and loading lever catch. Gouge around circumference and a couple dents. Frame: Cylinder pin is undersized (should get a replacement), needs seating lever and trigger guard/trigger guard screw Action: Needs cylinder hand, trigger return spring, and mainspring Overall these parts all appear to be available online from several websites including Positives are that the hammer and trigger move very freely without evidence of rust, and that the cylinder stop, trigger, and hammer interface all seem correct so that with a trigger return spring, mainspring, and cylinder hand all should be able to resume action operation and lockup. Probably a new cylinder pin would be beneficial for this also. The hardwood (walnut) replacement grips are very sturdy and fit well. The rifling is still present and does not look too worn. The frame is in great shape, with an "antiqued" dark grey patina that shows no evidence of active pitting. Overall a promising revolver for repair for an opportunistic buyer to add value. Established in 1775, John Rigby & Co remains to this day a staple of the fine firearms market. Their role in this piece's history adds even further to collector value. These revolvers were very popular private purchases among sportsmen and higher ranking officers around the turn of the 20th century up through WW1 as reliable, accurate, and elegant handguns. With an impressive 6" barrel and mirror-bore rifling, this is a collector's or target shooter's dream. I can add a box of 50 factory new Fiocchi Heritage .455 Webley rounds with purchase of the revolver if you have a PAL. If you don't want these rounds, take $100 off asking price. As a pre-1898 antique, this can be owned and used without any registration or headaches. Visually this revolver retains most of its original shiny dark blue finish with scattered minor loss from 130 years living. The trigger, hammer, ejector, cylinder release mechanism, and hinge screw have a shiny silver "in the white" finish giving a proud and bold contrast. The original checkered square bottom hardwood grips are solid, showing some minor dings and a tiny chip on the right. Sharply stamped "WG Army Model" on the top strap with calibers ".455/.476" Webley and Eley, and the W&S winged bullet logo on the left of the frame. Bought two of them by accident, one im keeping but need to sell the other one. These are very cool and realistic units. The bucket, reach extension and 360° swivel is amazing, add into that the tiny water reservoir that allows the water to actually have exhaust smoke come out it outstanding. I walked it up to my 2" vacuumed hose and the bucket lifted the whe front up high enough to walk half way over then I 180 the arm set it down lifted the back and walked over the other side effortlessly love it.
