We're a family of 4 in search of an acreage to rent. We are looking for a place around Mayerthorpe, Whitecourt, or a bit further North.
We are ideally looking for:

5 or more acres
Outdoor animal friendly as we are looking to purchase a horse for our daughter and raise some chickens, nothing more.
If there were to be a large outdoor shelter that can be worked in, whether that be a large garage or shop, that would be a bonus. Husband is a mechanic and needs space to work.
NOT a shared property. Privacy is appreciated.
Between $1400-$1700/month plus utilities. I am aware that places are generally priced higher than that, but it is what we can sustainably afford.
