Date of Manufacture is 1975-1976. The stock has been refinished. There is bluing fade/wear on the front hood, barrel and magazine. The receiver has some pitting on both sides (see photos). This has been a "hunting gun" and demonstrates the signs of being just that, so will NOT win you "best in show" at the local gun-show. The action is smooth & mechanically sound. Loads well, shoots well. This rifle is located in Grande Prairie, AB. I "prefer" to sell locally, but certainly willing to ship if the buyer pays shipping. You MUST have a valid PAL. Classic Mauser-style bolt-action rifle made by Zastava, chambered in .30-06 Springfield. Features a 24" barrel, internal magazine with hinged base plate, hooded front sight and flip-down rear sight. Mauser-style controlled-feed action with set trigger. Receiver is drilled and tapped for optics. Bore is in great shape. Used but solid. At this price, it’s hard to find a true Mauser design with a control feed and set trigger. Just a good old used Serbian bolt gun with real steel and wood. PAL required and will be verified.
