It is characterized by the button-type barrel release and ejector mounted between the barrels. It is chambered for the .32 rim fire cartridge. The gun is in excellent condition, with original blue intact and the case colors on the frame. The markings are sharp and clear. This is a unique variant with a floating, internal firing pin which rotates a quarter turn with each cocking of the hammer and these are rarely encountered. The 4 bores are good with strong rifling all the way. The black gutta percha grips are excellent and undamaged. SN 5822, excellent overall. Christian Sharps (1811-1874) was one of the best-known firearms designers and manufacturers of the 19th century. Although he never achieved the volumes of Colt, S&W and Remington, Christian Sharps was a major supplier of long arms to the Union during the civil war. His carbines are iconic among civil war collectors. Sharps sporting rifles were extremely popular at the time, and still fetch premium prices to this day. Christian Sharps had a rocky and sometimes acrimonious relationship with his managers and partners, and would leave the Hartford firm in 1853, returning to Philadelphia. There, he formed a new company in 1854, called C. Sharps & Co. He manufactured pepperboxes and single-shot pistols, while the Sharps Rifle Co. continued with long arms. In 1862, Christian Sharps formed "Sharps & Hankins", in partnership with William Hankins, who had sold his own plant to William Uhlinger. Howdy Townpost. I've a neat old single shot 12 gauge made by Savage. It has a nice and light tenite stock that was sanded at one point to give it a matte finish. The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. PAL will be verified as per C-71.

This rifle was purchased and imported by me in 2010. I’m the original owner. This is a left hand bolt action .22lr, magazine fed 5 shot repeater. It has a 24” #3 Douglas barrel,OD green Kevlar stock w/cheekpiece. There are a total of 3-5 shot magazines plus one that needs work to function properly. I’ve ruined enough mags to know better than to try to fix it myself. The barrelled action was a satin finish that’s been Ceracoated. It has a Timney trigger and a Talley picatinny 0 degree rail, also two sets of different height 1” ULA proprietary rings also made by Talley. Includes two EB Rifleman 2.8-9X40 green anodized scopes with P4 reticle and target turrets, a wood M40 style stock that has a pillar bedded action and free floated barrel. The Kevlar stock is full length bedded including the barrel. Speaking of the barrel, it’s a 24” chrome/moly not stainless and it’s 0.660” at the muzzle, so it’s heavier than a standard barrel but it’s not as heavy as a varmint weight barrel. It’s for sale because I’m not going to make good use of it at my age. It’s only going to waste in the gun safe. Once again it is a left hand action. Condition and performance? Condition is Excellent and can it shoot? Absolutely. It’s not picky about ammo. Will shoot most standard velocity well, never tried high velocity and absolutely no Stingers. I believe they’ll cause problems due to the type of chamber. Besides, if you use Stingers you don’t need this type of rifle. If you have any other questions or need more photos, let me know.

Hello everyone. I have for sale a Savage 10 Law Enforcement Edition in .308 that has been my go-to hunting rifle for the last 3 years. It has a cheek riser, directional muzzle break, 24 in heavy fluted barrel, 20 MOA rail, long range scope with heavy duty hand lapped rings, 2 proprietary Savage magazines,an extra rubber butt pad to reduce recoil even more, 3 position safety and tactical bolt knob. The stock is with the bedded aluminum chassis for rigidity and precision. The AccuTrigger is adjusted at 2 lb. This is a very very accurate rifle. Here are some bullets tested with a 3 shot group at 100 yards: Sako powerhead blade 162 gr - 0.4 in Herters soft point 150 gr -0.45 in Federal berger hybrid hunter 168 gr - 0.48 in Sellier & Bellot soft point 180 gr - 0.48 in Norma soft point 150 gr - 0.74 in Sako superhammerhead 180 gr - 0.8 in Did load development for it with Barnes TTSX 130 gr and obtained 0.35 in at 100 yards . The scope is a SKW Optics 5x30x56 FFP in 0.5 MIL/click. The scope is high quality and tracks well. It s a 34 mm tube with lots of internal adjustment. It comes with everything already done and researched. You don t have to do anything.The rifle was $900 ,scope was $700 muzzle break $100 ,butt stock pad $40, scope rings $100,scope rings handlapping $50, extra magazine $100,trigger adjustment $50. The rifle is ready to shoot. Doesn't need anything. About 300 rounds through it. Currently sighted at 300 yards. Sold as a package since the scope rings are hand lapped for this rifle. No lowballers.
