Duties and Responsibilities: • Preside and lead the Board of Directors/Trustees of the church • Lead and govern the Administrative and Ecclesiastical Board of the Church pursuant to its Constitution and By-Laws. • Direct and lead the church Pastorate, leaders and entire congregation to its conduct of ecclesiastical operation and fulfillment of its vision, mission, goals and overall mandates to the whole Body of Christ as a Pentecostal-Trinitarian, full Gospel Church. • The Conduct of Operation of church activities as follows: - Minister and deliver sermons during Divine Worship Service every Sunday. - Minister and lead in Weekly Prayer Worship Services. - Disciples and train leaders in School of Ministers, Bible Studies, Christian Education, Discipleship Training and Pastoral Ministry through curricula lessons of church doctrines. - Oversee all the Program Based Ministries stated above and other occasional events such as ordination and commissioning services, water baptisms, child dedication services, funeral and committal services, revival meetings, conferences, pre-marriage and marital counselling, ministry and community fellowships, youth and workers camp meeting, children’s ministry and the like. - Oversee all the Outdoor Extension Ministries of the Church such as participation in Bible Camps meeting, inter churches gatherings, crusades, conventions, missions, and charitable events. - Develop the five (5) fold office such as the apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, teachings, pastoral and missionary cutting edge teams of the church. • Lead the church to: - Keep proactiveness in leading the whole church congregation as beacon light and integral part of a progressive and peaceful community Wages: $ 15.00 per hour Compensations: Will receive remuneration other than stipends for living expenses, a monetary wage, that will be the minimum wage and will not receive non-monetary benefits (e.g., accommodation, transportation and health care) accordingly. JTROAGM St. Paul Alberta will offer an open hours of worship services to balance the financial relief and/or donation to our congregation.
