Selling/trading a Marlin 30 AS 30-30. Overall it's in good shape. JM stamped, 20" barrel. Bluing shows well on the majority of the rifle with the exception of the right hand side of the receiver where it looks like moisture sat on it and took of the finish, has lightly freckled as seen in pictures. Wood stocks are in nice shape, some light finish loss and handling marks throughout and one fairly decent rub on the left side of the forestock. Bore is excellent. Comes topped with a Tasco 3-9x40 scope with 1" Weaver rings. Front sight is present, rear sight is not. Looking for $950 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer. Open to all trades. 4 only like new Barska 30mm tube , 2 only in 10-40x-50mm, 2 only in 8-32x-50mm I have found this brand and model to be reliable as I personally have 4 in the 6-24x. I do not use or sell or recommend the cheaper models. Barska seems to be a midline scope manufacturer well above Tasco and Simmons and slightly below the best Bushnell and Nikons. Scopes come from my Dads estate, time to sell. They all have Mil Dot with rheostat illuminated cross hairs, 1/8 moa clicks, parrallax adjustment on mid turret location with exposed turrets , nitrogen purged, 1lb 12oz wieght, at least 4'' eye relief (have 1 of mine on a 300 WM). They where all mounted on rifles with only slight marks on a couple of them. I do not normally use scopes over 24x unless fixed power so i am selling these off for that reason. Will guarantee all sales with money back if scope is defective within 30 days of purchase.
