It’s a 1997 Two purchase options: 1st option: - is as described above $19,500 OBO (includes the gst) 2nd option: Includes -36” shower stall -$2000 of plank flooring -fridge -narrow counter with small sink and upper cabinets for mini-kitchen -window to install on the windowless side (in a boarded up door space) -2 steel lockers for secure storage indoors or outdoors All above included $22,500 or best offer Reason for selling. Bought to renovate, however our craftsman/renovator, our son, has developed severe pain and is doing what he is able — mostly caring for some of our livestock. If you read this far, here’s a special offer. Have this on a low-interest loan until November, and will accept 3 or 4 instalments towards full purchase price. Can provide references that we are trustworthy. ______________ If you are setting up home on bare land, owning a unit like this has several advantages over purchasing an older mobile house trailer. It is cheaper to move ( 1/2 or 1/4 the cost. Easier to set up. Most likely in better condition. Keeps a better resale value—in addition to private interest, businesses will be interested in a unit like this for a bunkhouse or office space or for use at a project site. Can also be repurposed into a shop or storage space. Or a guest house — after you move into your new permanent home. ____________ How do I know all this? I have bought an older mobile which cost $3000 and $3000 to move. Took 1000s more to repair and it still needs more. Bought another one for $1.00. Yes one dollar. It was double-wide and took $10,000+ to move and 1000s to set it up and make it a comfortable space. One final point, counties aren’t happy with older mobiles, and insurance companies won’t insure them. And…. well that’s enough sharing for one ad…
