This adapter is precision machined from high quality stainless steel to the OD specifications of a 2 3/4 12GA shell plus and extra half inch in front to make this adapter three inches long in total. It will easily fit into your break open shotgun barrel and accept any 357 Magnum or 38 Special ammunition. After firing simply remove the adapter and tip upside down to remove the spent shell. This adapter has a rifled bore to increase accuracy, this in NOT a smooth bore adapter, again this adapter has a rifled bore. The cartridge side is precision CNC machined to the exact chamber dimensions to accept 357 Magnum or 38 Special ammunition (SAAMI chamber specifications). For sale is a rare Browning BAR semi-auto rifle in .22 LR. This model has a straight (i.e., English) stock. It has a removable tubular magazine. The receiver has an integrated rail for mounting optics. There are some scratches in the clear-coat, nothing deep. The blueing on the receiver is in good condition, but there is some freckling on the barrel. It is missing the forend screw (doesn't effect the function). Everything works as it should!
