Laugo Arms Alien Full IPSC Kit
You must have an exemption letter and be qualified to buy this pistol license wise . Alien Pistol Semi Automatic 9mm. Gas operated Pistol not standard blowback. Regarded as a pistol advanced beyond other pistols the Alien has many features not available on standard handguns. Included is the full kit plus 4 magazines for a total of 7 magazines and a spare gas pistol system and parts kit. These kits sell to the USA for $5000 without extra mags or parts. Pistol has lowest bore axis of any pistol. That means the Bore is lower than the hand holding the pistol leading to minimal muzzle flip. The pistol features an standard pistol sight rail "irons" and a Sight rail with A Red dot designed for the Alien. The toolless exchange design requires the shooter only to press out a pin to exchange slides. The process takes less than 15 seconds. This pistol has been fired for a total of 500 rounds. By far the most accurate pistol I have ever fired in over 40 years. From the Laugo Arms website The Laugo Arms Alien Full Kit is the ultimate package for enthusiasts and competitive shooters. Iron Sight Top Rail and Optic Top Rail equipped with a Laugo Arms red dot sight are both included for maximum versatility. A magwell and Elornis Industries holster system complete the setup for optimal performance at the range. FULL KIT INCLUDES: Laugo Arms Alien pistol FINISH: Duotone Black / Green Three (3) 17 Round Magazines (10rnd Limited Capacity Magazines also available) Standard Fiber Optic Iron Sight Top Rail Optic Top Rail with Laugo Red Dot Sight Aluminum Magwell Elornis Holster and Adjustable Mounting System Cleaning Supplies Tool kit Dry-Fire Training Chamber Insert Custom Hard Case – Large Willing to take Gold and Silver Bullion on Trade. I don't have an exemption letter so I cannot accept trades of pistols. I am looking for a Winchester Deluxe 1892 takedown model with a 16" barrel in .357 magnum but that's all for firearms trades. If you have any questions about the pistol please ask as long as you have the exemption status.

Can You Avoid a DUI Conviction in Alberta? Top Legal Tactics Revealed | Kolinsky Law
Facing a DUI Charge in Edmonton can be overwhelming, with serious consequences like license suspension, hefty fines, and even jail time. But here’s the good news—a skilled DUI Lawyer in Edmonton can help you fight the charges and protect your future. At Kolinsky Law, our experienced Impaired Driving Lawyers in Edmonton have successfully defended countless clients using proven legal strategies. In this guide, we’ll break down the top defence strategies for beating a DUI charge in Alberta, so you know what to expect—and when to take action. Why You Need a DUI Lawyer in Edmonton A DUI conviction in Alberta can impact your job, driving privileges, and even your ability to travel. Before you accept a guilty plea, consider these key defence strategies that could help you avoid a conviction or reduce penalties. 1. Challenging the Traffic Stop Police must have reasonable suspicion to pull you over. If they lacked a valid reason (e.g., no erratic driving or traffic violation), your DUI Lawyer in Edmonton could argue that the stop was unlawful, potentially getting the case dismissed. 2. Questioning Breathalyser & Blood Test Accuracy Breathalyser devices must be properly calibrated and administered. Common defences include: • Improper calibration or maintenance of the device • No proper observation period before testing • Medical conditions (e.g., acid reflux, diabetes) affecting results If the testing was flawed, your Impaired Driving Lawyer in Edmonton could challenge the evidence. 3. Proving Charter Rights Violations Under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, you have the right to: • Legal counsel upon arrest • Protection against unlawful detention • Timely disclosure of evidence If police failed to inform you of these rights, your DUI Charge in Edmonton could be thrown out. 4. Raising Doubts About "Care and Control" Even if you weren’t driving, you could be charged if police believe you had "care and control" of the vehicle. However, a strong defence could argue: • You had no intention to drive (e.g., sleeping in the car) • You were not in the driver’s seat • The keys were not accessible 5. Negotiating a Plea Bargain or Reduced Charge If the evidence is strong, your DUI Lawyer in Edmonton may negotiate for a lesser charge (e.g., careless driving) to avoid a criminal record. What Are the Penalties for a DUI in Alberta? A DUI conviction can lead to: • License suspension (1 year for first offence) • Fines ($1,000+) • Mandatory ignition interlock program • Possible jail time (for repeat offences) For a full breakdown, read our guide: Understanding DUI Penalties in Alberta: What You Need to Know Can You Get Your License Back After a DUI in Alberta? $3750
120 Horsepower Fishing Setup 1972 17.5" Fiberform Inboard Motor Boat with Full Enclosure Canopy
For sale is our loved "Jolene", as we have bought another boat with a cabin to fare a bit better on the high seas. Comes with E-Z loader trailer with a spare tire, 2" ball and 4-pin flat electrical hookup. All registered. Body: 17.5 foot Fiberform by Canadian Fiberform Ltd., Canadian made in Kelowna. This old gal has been a loyal B.C. local her whole life since she was registered in 1972. The fiberglass is still strong with minimal bruises - a new paint job might breathe a bit more life into 'er. Perks include a rear port kicker mount and spacious glovebox. Seats: 6 seats total – the front 4 fold down to make bench seats if desired (with small storage compartment underneath either way) and the rear 2 have substantial storage. One is fully available, the other has dual battery system within taking up about half of it. Upholstery generally strong with some expected wear and tear. Canopy: Full enclosure with see-through poly window for convenient navigation in cold, wet, or rainy conditions. Front flap zipper allows for convenient access to the bow to stow ropes/crab traps, get a better view, or re-enact the scene from Titanic where Jack and Rose stand at the front of the ship. (Re-enacting other scenes from Titanic not recommended). Side zippers allow the entire rear to be taken off for fishing or recreating, while keeping the front in place. Far more extensive and customizable than a bimini top. Engine: 120 HP OMC Stern Drive gasoline inboard, model no. CUFM19EX. She's old but true; reliable start even from cold on a well-charged battery; ether occasionally comes in handy after winter but usually not necessary.
