This Daiwa 15th anniv. reel has been very lightly used, with some minor scratching on the back plate. These reels were entirely hand made by Daiwa craftsmen for this event. It is a combination fly/mooching reel made in Seiko Japan by Daiwa in the 1980's for Daiwa Canada's 15th anniversary. It is constructed of aluminum alloy and gold anodized with some stainless and titanium nitrated parts. It came with a lifetime guarantee. The original contract was for 800 reels but only 500 were made, I have the letter to prove that. I will inlcude a copy.
