Czech K98k in 8x57 Manufactured after WWII at Brno factory.The L serial block id makes it 1946-1947. All numbers matching except the safety and cocking piece were numbered when factory was reusing some old parts. Matching number laminated stock. This is the K98k that was the predecessor to VZ24. It has the typical rampant lion crest. Turned-down bolt handle. Very clean example. Excellent shape. No rust. Value is $1600-$1900 condition depending. This one is very clean in excellent+ condition. If you have your own pictures, you can unscrew the bottom, remove the photo sheet as a template and replace it with your own pictures. I'm not sure who made it, but the bottom is marked patent pending and matches some of my early Starbucks bottoms that were ( and still are ) all made in China----BOTTOM MARKED " do not microwave" and " hand wash only" also like the Starbucks tumblers and in the same script. I have an early 1970s Parker Hale of Birmingham 1858 Enfield 2 band rifled musket. These are highly appreciated for their build, fit and finish and accuracy. It is a .58 (.577). This one is in excellent condition with only a few minor marks as shown in the pics. This is a local sale but will ship on the buyer's dime. Asking $1150.00.
