SOLD. $800 Not sure of the year but guessing from The 70’s. Real low round count for the age. Sounds like it sat in a safe for over 30 years with a good coat of oil. Excellent condition. Only thing I’ve changed on it was the butt pad. The original was rock hard. Put a rubber butt pad that absorbs some recoil. Scope is nothing special. Red Ram 4x32. It was still zeroed for 200 when I took it to the range though. If I was keeping it, think that’s the only thing I’d change but this would be a perfect starter hunting rifle as is. .308 win still reasonable $ and will put down most big game if you know how to shoot. Have seen some other PH listed on here before that are not in nearly this condition for $700. This one is like new. Asking $800. Text is the best way to reach me. I can’t always take a call. Gen 2 par in .308. Love the gun just not shooting as much as I would like. Has 100 rounds through it, works great. Comes with flip up sights, factory mag. If interested, I could include a hard case, 5 duramag lar 10 round mags and around 55 rounds of norma 150gr. Would sell everything for $2k firm. Not in a rush to sell, firm at $1700. Open for SKS Trade. One of the few Century Arms that was correctly converted into 308 Win - This one has new barrel AND has the correct hook of forend to reciever. Close to the ultimate bush gun. Rubber recoil slip on as this is LIGHT LIGHT LIGHT although original steel butt plate is there. Blueing on receiver is great - this was in good condition before conversion to 308 I do not think I have ever seen one of these in Canada. I do have surplus 308 7.62 ammo but at 78 yrs old I never got this out to the range. More powerful than the small 30-30 and about the same size if not even smaller. Bit late for this fall hunt but could be a riot at the range. Unmodified 36s are now over $1,000 but this one is actually useful. Prefer pickup in Waterloo but will ship.
