Selling/trading a Mosin Nagant 91/30. Overall it's in nice shape. Izhevsk manufacturer, dated 1942. All numbers matching (bolt, receiver, butt plate, magazine). Wood stocks are in nice shape throughout with normal bumps and bruises. Bluing is also in good shape, shows normal fading. Bore is in good shootable shape. Comes with sling pictured. From what I understand this rifle does have a tendency of light striking some primers - sometimes often, sometimes not as often. Using the same principle as electroplating, this system uses a low voltage and chemicals to remove the lead or copper from your barrel and plate it on the sacrificial anode (stainless steel rod) that you insert in the barrel. It did work in my 243 win 1885 but I just don't shoot enough to make it worthwhile. I think if you had some heavily fouled barrels, maybe a cache of military surplus for example this would be alot less work that scrubbing forever. Comes with the controller, the chemicals, the stainless steel rod and the electrochemical isolation doo-dads. Not sure about shipping as the rods are 30" long and there are two chemicals. Selling/trading a Carl Gustaf 6.5x55. Overall it's in fair shape. 26" stepped barrel. Steel is in nice shape, bluing has faded to a bit of a lighter patina but is in clean shape. Stock is in rougher shape, looks to have had a repair around the bottom metal, butt stock has a sticky texture to it from what I assume was tape of some kind that would have been on it at some time. Safety wing has been welded on a will need some filing to stay in the safety position properly. Butt plate has some chips out of it. Bore is starting to darken but is in good shootable shape. comes topped with a set of bases. Would make a nice restoration project or use it as a beater. Looking for $375 shipped.
