The shotgun is very tight and not off the face at all. The gun is very light and handy sitting 5.73lbs. It has a 12 gauge 2 3/4in, 28in full choke barrel. The patent number is molded into the plastic stock interestingly enough. The black paint on the trigger guard is flaking of a little. It's pretty short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. Howdy Townpost! I've got a sweet little custom job for sale here. This is a CBC made Remington 812. CIL sold these same shotguns as another model name too. These are really well built shotguns. They're quite beefy and made of a good quality hard steel. Nice and light but not too light at 5.5lbs. It has a 2 3/4 inch chamber and a cylinder bore (obviously). It comes with sling swivels attached and a nice padded leather sling as pictured. The OAL on this bad boy is 26.5" and the barrel measures at 18.4". The legal lengths for a non-restricted firearm are 26"for OAL and 18" for the barrel if you are shortening it on a manual action. The shotgun is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. It's very short when broken down, and is light so it should be relatively inexpensive to ship. For sale is a used Browning Citori CXS over / under shotgun. It is a 12 gauge model, with 3" chamber, and 30" barrels. It has ventilated top and mid ribs (w/ white front and brass mid beads). It has the Browning Inflex (interchangeable) recoil pad w/ a LOP spacer installed. This model has an adjustable trigger, with barrel selector, and manual safety. It comes with 6× Invector Plus extended chokes: Browning (F, M, IC) Carlson's (IM, SK, SK). The choke storage case, choke removal key, and the Allen key (to adjust the trigger) are included as well! This shotgun is in good condition. There is some blueing loss/wear at the bottom of the action and trigger guard, and a few nicks in the stock. The previous owner failed to disclose this at the time of sale, so I am selling it as purchased! I have the original box and paperwork as well!

The stock was restored by a gunsmith who inserted nails inside the stock (which are not visible from  the outside.). The gunsmith stated that the stock should now be as solid as it was before being cracked. It should be a good hunting shotgun.
