No damage to the limbs or bow. Currently it's set around 30lbs because I haven't used it. Always stored inside somewhere warm. Do your research- a lot of these pieces are expensive and I've priced it as reasonably as possible. A really nice shooting block is included that has only had maybe 10 arrows into it.
