This is conversion to 45ACP /45 Auto also compatible with .455 Webley As well as original 11mm ammo. This one is in excellent original condition. it is "in the white", meaning it has never been blued or plated. It is not pitted, and all the markings are sharp and complete. The serial numbers are repeated on all components: the barrel, cylinder, frame, grips, internal mechanism parts and even the screw heads and escutcheons. Everything matches. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is as perfect and it is mirror bright and the rifling is sharp. The action is excellent and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. The walnut grips are excellent and show no damage this one looks like new. SN G47715, manufactured in 1886, rated excellent overall. After the disastrous loss to Prussia in the war of 1870, the French military closely examined its armaments and small arms, and they came to the conclusion that a new, more rugged and powerful side arm for their infantry was required. The result was the Mle 1873, designed by the famous partners of Chamelot & Delvigne, whose genius ideas would dominate much of the European military (and commercial) small arms market for decades to come. Many European countries adopted their designs, including Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Russia and Belgium. Only the Brits and Germans would continue to develop their own side arms.

This one is in excellent condition. The nitre blue on the trigger and hammer is well visible and retains 95% of original blued finish. The action is strong and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly with zero play on trigger pull. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is excellent and mirror bright with perfect strong rifling. The markings are sharp and defined throughout. Extractor working as it should. The assembly numbers on the cylinder, crane and frame. The original grips are good and undamaged.​​ S/N 13345 History & Background This model is an important milestone in Colt handgun development, as it is the first American revolver with a swing-out cylinder mounted on a crane, a development which would become the standard for modern revolvers to this day. The 1889 cylinder mechanism was already "on the books" as early as 1880, based on designs of Colt engineers William Mason, C.J Ehbets and Horace Lord. It would take almost ten years for Colt executives to give the green light to manufacture this gun, and once it was available, the US government quickly took notice and ordered several thousand for the Navy. Swiss M1882 Service Revolver, 7.5mm/ 32 S&W Swiss Ordnance The Swiss Service Revolver of 1882 was a modification of the Nagant revolver in use since 1878. It was modified by Swiss Colonel Rudolf Schmidt. It employs the Georges Abati cylinder advance system, by which the cylinder can be advanced without raising the hammer when the loading gate is open. This allows the shooter to load and unload the cylinder quickly, without having to touch the hammer. The gun is of typical Swiss quality, with clock-like precision.​ This one is in very fine condition, as restored. The blue is intact. The markings and numbers are sharp. The serial numbers match. There are also several sub-assembly numbers visible. The action is strong and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is good, with sharp rifling and no signs of use. The gun is chambered for the Swiss 7.5mm cartridge, but will accept a .32 S&W long/short as well. The brown plastic grips are excellent and undamaged. SN 2357, very fine as restored.

Look at this beautiful 1943 numbers matching to the breach and bolt handle. The stock is in high condition with very few marks at all. Also comes with a Canadian marked 1943 canvas battle sling. Markings are faint, but there. Metal retains good finish. Four is shiny and clean, but I would say good to fair condition. A small LB is also present on the front band. This would make an excellent addition to any collection. Everything operates as it should. Also comes with 1943 dated Canadian marked action cover. These were made under contract to Norway before Husqvarna started domestic production in 1898. It is in excellent like new condition, with the original arsenal blue intact.
