I have for sale a1863 Springfield 58 Caliber Original Civil War Rifle. This Rifle is in very good condition and has all the Stampings of the era. Right down to the inspectors coded stamp . This Rifle was Manufactured in 1863 and issued in 1864 . It is useable ,and takes a .580 size slug it has the sight that is adjustable from 0 t0 500 yrds. it has strap connections but no shoulder strap with it . Has attached Ram Rod that is not original and was not used as long as I had the Rifle . A wooden ram rod was used when Firing . 40" Barrel has original rifle groves and in in very good condition Pictures to Follow.
