This S&W No 2 .32 RF tip up barrel revolver is in VG-EX condition,both mechanically and cosmetically. It has a 5” barrel with light scattered pitting in the bore and 8/10 rifling VG+ shiny bore. The barrel/receiver break hinge is undamaged with no play,lock up is tight. No pitting on the frame,blueing is an honest 50%,grips in VG shape with no visible damage,no chips,gouges etc,just normal wear possibly revarnished if anything. Cylinder retains sharp teeth and Pitt free chambers,index & timing are perfect and hammer holds full cock strongly. Cylinder spins freely between hammer rest and full cock. This also comes with a period correct leather holster which is in VG+ shape,no tears,original stitching still in VG shape,it has been treated with Neatsfoot oil by myself to retain the leather’s suppleness as well as conditioning the stitching. Historically this type of mid size waist coat revolver was carried by Wild Bill Hickok as a gambling gun and a back up to his pair of Colt Navy .36 cap & ball revolvers. This is an original Japanese officer’s Samurai sword from World War 2 remounted in civil-styled samurai mounts. The blade is in Near MINT condition and the mountings are in Excellent condition. It is a healthy sword and has a blade length of 26.25 inches (67cm). The hada is a tight ko-itame. The hamon is a straight suguha hamon that is present the length of the blade ending in a maru boshi. The tang is signed Kinmichi. It is dated Showa Jyu Hachi Nen Roku Gatsu, or June 1943. Kinmichi was a member of the well-known Seki school that made many war era swords. The mountings are Civilian-styled and look to have been remounted on a sword that was initially intended for army usage. The mounts are in Excellent condition. The tsuka is wrapped in leather cord and looks to have been re-wrapped after the war with modern furniture. There is little to no fraying. The tsuba is iron with four accompanying seppa. The tsuba is a little loose. The saya (scabbard) is wood with a leather weathering cover. The leather cover is supple and well-aged, showing some cracking along the seams. The blade is in Near MINT condition. There are no nicks, little to no rust, and just a few scattered scratches along its length. There are no major flaws like hagire.

This is an original Japanese army officer’s sword in Shin Gunto mountings from World War 2. The blade and the fittings are in Near MINT condition. It is a healthy sword and has a blade length of 26.25 inches (67cm). The hada is a tight and visible itame. The hamon is a straight suguha hamon that is present the length of the blade ending in a maru boshi. The tang is signed Yoshimitsu. It is dated Showa Jyu Hachi Nen Shichi Gatsu, or July 1943. There is a Na acceptance stamp on the tang. Yoshimitsu was a member of the well-known Seki school that made many war era swords. The mountings are Type 98 Shin Gunto and in Near MINT condition. The tsuka is silk-cord wrapped with cherry blossom menuki. The wrapping is tight and there is little to no fraying. There is a blue/brown company officers tassel attached to the tsuka. The tsuba is the classic WW2 design with four accompanying metal seppas. The saya (scabbard) is green painted metal. It shows one very small dent and very few areas of missing finish, displaying roughly 98-99% original finish. There is a locking mechanism present. The blade is in Near MINT condition. There are no nicks, a few scattered small spots of rust, and some small scattered scratches. There are no major flaws like hagire.

The mounts are in Excellent condition. The scabbard is green painted metal showing no dents and retaining roughly 80% of its original finish.
