This is an original WWII-era Canadian “Crash” tanker helmet (officially known as the Helmet, Crash, Tank Battalion), a rare piece of Canadian armored forces gear produced in limited numbers (around 12,000 total) starting in 1940. It features a cloth-covered cork shell (painted black), rubber side vents, a web suspension liner, leather chinstrap, and the distinctive leather “scrum” (headphone holder) laced and buttoned underneath for radio equipment. These were primarily used by tank crews in Canada (not issued overseas) and remained in service until the 1960s. Your example appears complete, with visible wear and patina consistent with age and use, including some cracking on the shell and scrum—common for these due to the materials. Condition and Features •  Good overall condition for its age. •  Intact scrum. •  Original laces and straps. •  No major damage visible. For sale is a rare Dlask Arms 8.5" "Super Shorty" pump-action shotgun. It is a 12 gauge model, with 2-3/4" & 3" chamber, and 8.5" barrel. It is based on the Remington 870 action. It has been upgraded with Mesa Tactical stock adapter (aluminum) (w/ QD sling mounts). It comes with a Magpul CTR stock (adjustable for LOP), and a Magpul MOE pistol grip. This model has the Dlask Tri-Rail (aluminum) pump handle with picatinny rails @ 3, 6, 9 o'clock positions (for mounting accessories - c/w Magpul AVG vertical grip). It has the Mesa Tactical side shell carrier installed on the receiver. It also comes with a Dlask picatinny rail (pre-installed) on the receiver (for mounting optics). In addition, it has a Dlask (hi-viz) mag-tube follower, and a custom Dlask "wink-eye" mag-tube end-cap. This setup has an OAL of over 26" (with the stock fully collapsed), making it one of the shortest non-restricted pump-action shotguns on the market. It is in excellent condition, with very low round count!
