This is an early, pre-1893, Belgian-made Swedish model, before Nagant transferred production to Husqvarna. It is in excellent condition throughout, with the original blue intact. The nitre-blue colors on the loading gate spring, hammer and trigger are excellent. The action is crisp and strong, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly, without play. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is excellent and mirror bright, with sharp rifling and no signs of pitting or wear. The walnut grips are excellent and undamaged, and show only a little wear on the right side. Pre-1893 Belgian proofs, SN 1827, rated excellent overall.

This metal sign for the Reich Labour Service (Reichsarbeitsdienst or RAD), specifically the "Arbeitsdank" (Labor Thanks) organization. The RAD was a major paramilitary organization in Nazi Germany established to reduce unemployment, militarize the workforce, and indoctrinate it with Nazi ideology. The Arbeitsdank was a welfare organization within the RAD, providing assistance to members who were injured or in need. All RAD members were required to contribute to the Arbeitsdank. The sign features the RAD emblem: a shovel and two stalks of wheat, overlaid on a shield with a swastika. The words "ARBEIT" (work) and "DANK" (thanks) are written in a circle around the emblem. Swiss M1882 Service Revolver, 7.5mm/ 32 S&W Swiss Ordnance The Swiss Service Revolver of 1882 was a modification of the Nagant revolver in use since 1878. It was modified by Swiss Colonel Rudolf Schmidt. It employs the Georges Abati cylinder advance system, by which the cylinder can be advanced without raising the hammer when the loading gate is open. This allows the shooter to load and unload the cylinder quickly, without having to touch the hammer. The gun is of typical Swiss quality, with clock-like precision.​ This one is in very fine condition, as restored. The blue is intact. The markings and numbers are sharp. The serial numbers match. There are also several sub-assembly numbers visible. The action is strong and accurate, and the cylinder indexes and locks properly. The bore of the 4 1/2 inch barrel is good, with sharp rifling and no signs of use. The gun is chambered for the Swiss 7.5mm cartridge, but will accept a .32 S&W long/short as well. The brown plastic grips are excellent and undamaged. SN 2357, very fine as restored.
