For sale is an upgraded Marlin Model 1894 CB (Cowboy) Limited Edition model in .44 mag. / .44 spl. It has been cerakoted in gloss black finish. *Price reduction fro a quick sale* This is a High Condition 1944 BSA selected to be upgraded into a "T" pattern sniper rifle with correct "TR" marking on the left side of receiver ring. These sniper rifles were based on hand selected No. 4 rifles and saw service with Commonwealth forces during WWII and into the 1960s. In addition to the rifle's standard protected blade front sight and ladder rear, Scope is a No. 32 Mk. II OS. 1650A & mounted on a quick detach base. Scope is dated 1944 and numbered "15803"which is matched to the rifle with the same number force matched on the wrist(see photo). Cast scope base is a high quality reproduction(Roger Payne replica) and was Matched 3522 to same as on the bolt and rifle. Walnut stock with cheek piece, "S51" also stamped behind the grip indicating the rifle is a wartime conversion by famed gunmaker Holland & Holland. CONDITION: Very Good. Metal retains the vast majority of its arsenal applied finishes with some fading. Stocks show small nicks and impressions throughout as is to be expected on military issue arms. Good, strong grooves and bright bore. Scope is original and is still very clear for it age. Also included as an original green metal scope case for securing the scope. However, the numbers on this case are not matching the scope.. Barrel Length: 25 - 1/2" Caliber/Bore: .303 BSA Model: No. 4 MK 1* (T) Serial Number: D3522. Also comes with a Chest S.A. Today we’ve got a very nice WWII German Mauser Sniper rifle clone for sale. We built this for a customer about 10 years ago but he’s decided to thin out his collection and wanted us to sell this on consignment. Chambered in traditional 8MM, the barrel is in excellent condition with very prominent lands and grooves. Excellent headspace. The owner claims to have only shot a couple hundred rounds since it was built by us. The stock is in fantastic condition as well and was completely gone over and given the correct German cartouches. The rifle itself is free of any damage such as pitting or dings and was also treated to a full complement of German inspector’s markings, eagles and serial numbers, creating a great and authentic looking clone. Finished in Black Oxide Bluing, we went all out to mimic the various brushing and machining marks to once again, create a faithful copy of this classic battle rifle. It’s fitted with a reproduction scope and mount, which we also engraved with the rifle’s serial number and other German markings. The cast mount was metal finished to look like a machined part. A repro sling was also installed to give the whole package a finished look. We test fired it and she runs like a new gun. Ready to go, needs nothing. Have fun! If you’ve had a desire for a German WWII Sniper rifle but can’t afford a real one, this might fill the gap. Many people put these clones together but only we are willing to guarantee this rifle and will stand behind it should anything go wrong. We’ve earned your trust.
