Selling/trading a Mauser Model 71 that's been converted to a single shot .22 lr. Receiver dated 1875. Overall it's in very nice shape. Original length barrel which has a short sleeve at the chamber (sleeve runs about 1/3 the length of the inside of the barrel). Bluing is in nice shape throughout with only light spots of fading here and there. Wood stock is also in very nice shape with no major blemishes. Look at this beautiful 1943 numbers matching to the breach and bolt handle. The stock is in high condition with very few marks at all. Also comes with a Canadian marked 1943 canvas battle sling. Markings are faint, but there. Metal retains good finish. Four is shiny and clean, but I would say good to fair condition. A small LB is also present on the front band. This would make an excellent addition to any collection. Everything operates as it should. Also comes with 1943 dated Canadian marked action cover.
