Winchester Model 1894 Ref #1041. Early five digit serial number. Dated 1897. This Winchester is a lever action, sporting rifle, octagon barrel, full mag. Dated 1897 Stock is excellent, appears original. A few marks. Original metal recoil pad fits well. Barrel is 26” long with sights intact. The read sights are intact and appear original. Bore is very nice, no obvious corrosion, does not appear to have ever seen black powder. Rifling throughout. Bluing is 40-50%. There are bumps and scratches on metal expected on a plus 125-year-old firearm. The drivers side receiver has a few light scratches and bangs. Screws have been used but are still usable. There is one on the loading port side that may have been a replacement. The lever functions well, safety checks out and the trigger pull, and drop are good. Firing pin is evident and protrudes when pushed on. Ejector is intact and tight, and magazine follower functions correctly.  Overall, I grade this firearm as good and should be fully functional. I don’t see many from this time frame with bores looking this good. I did not test with snap caps or fire. Only reasonable offers are considered. Low ball offers will not be responded to. Trades in person only. The firearms and accessories I sell may be new or used and are usually acquired through estate liquidations. I visually inspect them and check basic operation only and share what I know or find in the description and photos. They are not live test fired. I provide full disclosure on what I find but can not be held responsible for what I may miss. What you will do: • Develop and maintain effective business relations with current and potential customers, based on an approach to target customers that would result in a profitable business relationship • Provide agronomic information and advice to current and potential customers – arranging for access to specialists and learning opportunities where necessary • Conduct soil, tissue, weed, pest, and water analysis to recommend best practices for soil fertility management to customers • Research and respond to technical inquiries • Maintain and analyze a database/record of customer profiles (product usage and service requirements) to identify, categorize, and prioritize customer base • Communicate a variety of information and recommendations to staff and customers • Maintain knowledge of Nutrien Ag Solutions product offerings, including features, benefits, and uses • Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards What you will bring: • 5+ years of progressively responsible agri-business and/or other related customer service function • Post-secondary education in Agriculture; equivalent in experience may be considered • 2+ years of sales experience • Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license • CCA or P.Ag. accreditation, or ability to obtain
