Howdy Townpost. This is a nice little and fair conditioned pocket tip-up revolver, in .30 Rimfire. In the 19th century, XXX was used denote very strong malt liquor. So I think marlin was trying to market in the name that this is a stout little gun. Similarly done by Hopkins & Allen with the naming of their "XL" series of pocket revolvers. These were made by Marlin from 1873-1887 with a total of roughly 26,000 being made. They are essentially copies of the Smith and Wesson Model 1 1/2's and 2's. The mechanical condition of this firearm is excellent. The hammer and cylinder function reliably and as intended. Timing and lock up are excellent. The barrel is tight on the frame. This revolver was tuned by my gunsmith too. The bore is worn but there's some life left in it. There's frosting at the front of the cylinder and the forcing cone. The nickel is mostly present on the frame and the beautiful original rosewood grips are in excellent shape. The revolver is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide too.

Selling/trading a Marlin Goose Gun 12 gauge. Overall it's in nice shape. 36" barrel, 3" chamber, fixed choke. Bluing is in good shape throughout, some light freckling/rust spots along the barrel which would clean up with some TLC. Wood stocks is in nice shape, light wear to note. Missing sling studs. Bore is in good shape, only light ring about half way down the barrel. Comes with one detachable magazine. Overall a good solid shotgun. Looking for $495 shipped. Insurance by request on buyer. For sale is a brand new (in-box) Ruger-made Marlin 1895 GBL "Guide" model, chambered in .45-70 Govt. This model has a brown laminate (checkered) stock & forend, with satin (blued) metal finish. It has a 19.1" cold hammer-forged barrel, threaded for a muzzle device (also c/w a thread protector). It also has a 'big-loop' lever (for ease of use). It comes with semi-buckhorn (adjustable) sights. In addition, a Mid-West Industries (MI) picatinny lever-rail is installed from the factory (for mounting optics). The box, and all other accessories (owner's manual, cable lock, hammer extention, tags/stickers etc.) are included as well! It is in excellent plus condition and has never been used (except factory test rounds).

Hey I have a beautiful and nice shape marlin 120mxr 40" barrel and regular sized barrel combo this is a very rare gun and it is in nice condition it does have some handling marks on it from being used and some spots that the Bluing has marks as well but nothing serious its not perfect but its better shape than 90% you will find im sure. This is a 2 3/4 and 3 inch gun that is known to be one of the smoothest shotguns ever made and everything works as it should this will make a amazing addition to any true marlin collection or a anti aircraft gun for geese.. $1100 shipped anywher in canada and please check out my other adds thanks
