Czech Brno Post-War K98 Mauser
Many Czech produced post-war Mausers were made with mostly late war and some newly produced parts. These were sold to various different militaries and on the commercial market many and of these were sold to the Israelis as well. The rifle features many late war stamped parts including the oversized winter trigger guard but does include a half size cleaning rod unlike the Kriegsmodell K98's produced by the Germans. It does not have a stock disk, as it just has a hole drilled in the butt cap for disassembly of the bolt. This particular example has a low serial number, but the serial number ranges are all over because of different contracts. The whole gun matches with the new forced match serial number. It has a scrubbed receiver, and has a beech wood stock and handguard in a nice brown color. The rifle bore is actually in very good shape, but there is some stubborn fouling stuck in there and I don't have a 32 Caliber cleaning brush to remove it but I'm sure if you use the proper brush it should come out pretty easy since it's not rust. Just shooting the rifle might even remove it. The muzzle crown is an excellent condition as pictured. The rifle does have minor some stock damage. It looks like a vice dent or some sort of hammering pattern, but it's only on the one side (pictured). Overall the gun is in very good original condition and the action is nice and smooth and it is unfired by me. This is a nice unique example of a k98 made by Brno, who is very well known for their quality produced firearms. The rifle is located in Calgary AB for local delivery or pickup. Or I can ship it nationwide on the buyer's dime. If you live in Alberta I do get around the province a fair bit throughout the year, so if I happen to be heading to your area maybe we can do a meet up along the way on my travels to save you the shipping costs. PAL will be verified as per C-71.

These YUGOSLAVIAN converted rifles are prized by collectors for their relative scarcity and chambering in a commonly available round. Mags are fixed and can be loaded with the standard Mauser 5-round charger. M95M''s intended for the Cavalry had both the bottom and side swivels as this one does which increases the rarity of it. The unusual straight-pull bolt action is renowned for its high rate of fire of 20–25 rpm) with reliability and sturdiness. During testing, these rifles survived torture testing of firing 50,000 rounds without any form of lubrication.  SerbM95M ANY ATTEMPT TO INQUIRE IF A PURCHASE CAN BE MADE WITHOUT A VALID AND CONFIRMED PAL WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC POLICE AND CFP CENTER REPORT. Swedish Mauser 30.06 1896 Mauser Action 23" barrel 5+1 hinge plate
Swedish Mauser action with Husqvarna barrel in 30.06, Sporter stock in good condition with butt pad cushion, swivel mounts, semi pistol grip with base cap. Knurling is in good condition. Adjustable rear sight for elevation. Overall good condition. Receiver is tapped for scope mount bases. All Swedish Mausers other than trials rifles were chambered for the 6.5×55mm Swedish cartridge, and all Swedish-made actions were proof-tested with a single 6.5×55mm proof round developing approximately 455 MPa (65,992 psi) piezo pressure (55,000 CUP).[4][5] Swedish Mausers were manufactured by Waffenfabrik Mauser AG in Oberndorf a/N in Germany and in Sweden by Carl Gustafs Stads Gevärsfaktori and Husqvarna Vapenfabriks Aktiebolag. All Swedish Mausers, whether built in Germany or Sweden, were fabricated using a Swedish-supplied high grade tool steel alloyed with nickel, copper, and vanadium, a product then noted for its strength and corrosion resistance. These rifles, like other pre-M 98 system Mauser rifles, lack the third safety locking lug at the rear of the bolt and feature "cock-on-closing" (similar to the contemporary Lee–Enfield rifle).
