Selling/trading a Browning Superposed 12 gauge over under. Overall it's in nice shape. This is a pre-war gun made somewhere between 1931 an 1939 (SN 10###). 30" barrels with solid rib, 2 3/4" chambers, fixed chokes (not marked), ejectors, single trigger with safety on the tang not operable but a safety on the underside of the trigger that slides forward and back - this was a factory option that many guns were retrofitted with after 1937. Receiver was factory colour case hardened - the vast majority of which has faded but is still present on the underside of the release lever and on the inside of the action when the barrels are removed. Bluing on the barrels show very well with only light spots of fading here and there. Receiver has nice factory scroll work throughout. Straight English style stock. Wood is all in good shape, normal marks here and there. Has a hairline on the left side of the forestock which doesn't appear to be through the wood. The heel of the butt stock has a chunk out of it and a chip in the butt plate in the same spot. Lockup is tight, bores are in nice shape throughout. Overall a very nice shotgun. Hornady Loc and Load AP press This press is in really good work conditioner about 500 rounds made through it thus far. Unfortunately it does not meet my style of reloading as I am too picky on many variables where it makes the auto progressive option unuseful. Look at this beautiful 1943 numbers matching to the breach and bolt handle. The stock is in high condition with very few marks at all. Also comes with a Canadian marked 1943 canvas battle sling. Markings are faint, but there. Metal retains good finish. Four is shiny and clean, but I would say good to fair condition. A small LB is also present on the front band. This would make an excellent addition to any collection. Everything operates as it should. Also comes with 1943 dated Canadian marked action cover.
