Hello, I am offering general carpentry handyman work, welding services, and odd job work (cleaning gutters, disposal services, etc.) at an hourly rate depending on the service. It starts at $40.00/hour for general fixes involving hand tools. If the work is more extensive, such as redoing baseboards in a home, the cost is $50.00/hour. Trucks fees are applicable when it is used specifically for the work such as a dump run. Pricing is worked out before hand during the quoting and material pricing procedure. My carpentry skills can include rough work like framing, drywall repair, roof patching, plumbing fixes and more. Or finish work like painting, baseboards/casing, exterior siding and cabinet repair. If the work is out of my skill range I can refer you to other contractors. Welding projects and fixes are also offered. Odd job work can be almost anything. Inquire to see if I can help. Usually I charge hourly but depending on the work and your needs it can be quoted as well. All compensation paid is for my time and talent plus material and service costs.
