Selling/trading a Weatherby Vanguard Series 2 in .257 Weatherby Magnum. Overall it's in nice shape. 24" barrel. Steel is in nice shape, bluing shows well. Stock has some hunting marks/scuffs on it. Bore is very nice. Comes topped with a set of bases. Would benefit from a thorough cleaning as it does have a smoke smell to it. Comes with the ammo holder on the butt stock. Looking to sell my Weatherby Vanguard in .243 Winchester. Comes with the Bushnell Engage 3-9x40 optic. Can also throw in 3 boxes of brass, 18 rounds of loaded ammo and a set of reloading dies as I'll have no use for them. The gun runs great and shoots fantastic out to 400 yards. Only had it out to the range once or twice to run a few boxes of ammo through it. Just don't have a use case for now with some of the other rifle I have in my collection. Asking $1000 for it. Weatherby vanguard first lite in 25-06 Price is OBO Was for the ole lady but she prefers bows and has zero interest in rifle hunting Great caliber and super nice gun, flutes on it look pretty cool and the muzzle brake leaves you with no recoil but also has the thread protector if muzzle brakes aren't your thing, 25-06 has less pretty minimal recoil anyway Has a leupold vx3-HD 3.5-10 with the cds turrets, never sent in for the custom dial so you can still do that If you dont want the scope can seperate Have some ammo boxes I can toss in for a little extra Maybe 60 rounds through it Prefer to meet up, calgary, edmonton, grande prairie areas, or the inbetweens
