  I am downsizing my antique gun and militaria collection to move into a much smaller house with a much smaller gunroom.......offering an original 1880's Mills pattern , woven ammo belt with a rare 1881 Patent Mills/Orndorff brass " OLD RELIABLE " buckle and retainer. The loops hold .40 to .45 caliber rounds and included are twenty .44-90 Sharps bottleneck cartridges. Please view the photos closely as the belt has been well used and has some damaged loops and earlier field repairs.....I have always refrained from doing any repairs or "enhancements" to my original antiques as the wear and tear is a natural part of its history and character. The cartridges are not original but are repro brass which was purchased about 45 years ago and which I loaded with black powder and some very old primers which were purchased about 50 years ago ( used for display purposes only ). PLEASE NOTE : BELT AND BUCKLE CAN BE PURCHASED WITHOUT THE AMMO FOR $ 450. The belt and attached buckle were purchased by me in 1967 at an Ohio gun show. The brass buckle has that beautiful patina which only time can create and it does have a few dents from honest wear and tear.....contact me if you interested and need more photos, or different angles, as the website only allows 10 photos.  These caps are still rolled in their original brown paper rolls ( 12 caps in each roll ) which came in 3 small boxes of Sharps .56 caliber linen cartridges,  of 10 rounds each . The ammo boxes have already been sold on Ebay to a Sharps collector in Virginia who only wanted the pristine ammo boxes and cartridges, for his collection and display ( without the trouble and incurred expense of the import customs  paperwork for shipping the musket caps).  I would be willing to sell them individually at $10 each.  --- I am also in Red Deer one day per week and can arrange to meet there, or enroute, for delivery.  

Offering an aluminum, .36 caliber short starter made specifically for a T.C. Seneca which we no longer have. The starter has an over all length of 6 1/2 inches with an integral, sliding muzzle guard.....great for shooting "on the bench" and light enough to carry when hunting small game. A custom built steel ramrod ( appears to be stainless ) with aluminum sliding muzzle guard, integral cleaning jag  and nicely checkered handle.....used but never abused and still in VG condition ( could probably use a good cleaning/polishing ). It was made specifically to fit a TC .36 caliber Seneca ( which we no longer have ) and worked like a charm. Easily accommodates 2 rifles ( see photos ) ...... a great metal gun case ( if somewhat heavy construction ) which I purchased to hunt overseas. It has not seen much use ( actually only  1 flight on a hunting trip to New Zealand  carrying both a Malcolm scoped 16 lb., 32" barreled Sharps long range and an a scoped 10 lb. mid range ) , as well as a dozen or so trips by car to various gun shows in North America, at which I used to display various select arms from my Sharps and Remington Rolling Block collection. The sturdily built case weighs about 17.8 lbs. by itself and measures 53 1/2 " x 13 1/4 " x 4 1/2" . I have tried my best to photograph and show the few dents on both sides of the case. These are now in the $600 plus price range for a new one.
