New drive shaft for a 40hp 2-stroke Tohatsu short shaft jet outboard. Bearing unit fits any small outboard jet pump. I can’t guarantee what other models the shaft will fit. If you don’t have the same model Tohatsu but do have a small outboard jet pump then this bearing unit would make for a good new replacement or spare. Brand new aluminum small pump outboard jet intake from Outboard Jets. It came with a jet foot kit I ordered but a poly foot was installed from day one. This is a new model 853 intake with zero hours on it. It would make for a good replacement or spare if you have an outboard jet with the small pump. This leg came off a 2012 Mercury Sea-Pro 25/30 hp 2-stroke short shaft outboard motor. It will fit any Mercury Sea -Pro or Tohatsu 25 or 30hp 2-stroke outboard motor. They are all the same from the late 80’s through to new in other parts of the world today. The propeller is in perfect shape. It was taken off with low hours on the motor so a jet pump could be installed. This leg is perfect and for the exception of a spot on each side right above the anti-cavitation plate where the hydrofoils rubbed a bit of paint off this unit is like new.
