This vintage Remington 742 .308 rifle is in excellent condition. There is the odd scratch on the stock from use, but otherwise excellent. The bluing is a little worn on the barrel and ammo clip. but otherwise excellent, with no rust. The cartridge feeds into the chamber as it should, and is ejected as it should. Excellent action. The Redfield scope is vintage, and if you are using this rife for hunting, should probably invest in anew scope. Included is a box of ammo and a canvas carrying case, and some cleaning supplies. An excellent buy! You can contact me by text at (204)712-6356. I live in Pelly, Sk. I do not ship, sorry! Thanks for looking!
