This is about Samuel John Dorman from the town of Alameda who was appointed as a Notary Public to and for the Province of Sask. We cannot verify if the signature at the top of the page on the right side is signed by Henry William Newlands, the Lieutenant Governor of Sask. Postage is included in the price.
