I can Diagnose Issues, I can repair and service most anything Big or small. Agriculture equipment , Mining equipment, Lawn equipment, Motorcycles and Quads, Older Automobiles (I preffer not to mess with newer stuff requiring Specific Diagnostic equipment etc) I can Pick up and drop off smaller gear like generators, smaller compressors ,etc... or While I dont have a service truck at the moment I can work on site wherever your located, order your parts for you or if your more of a DIY kind of person I can even come and point you in the right direction if your stuck on something for a small fee . Im also offering junk equipment removal, old equipment that deemed no longer fit for duty,or just taking up space(must be more or less completely still assembled) send me a pic and I'll come haul it away including old cars tractors motorcycles airplanes ect... or also I can take tires and rims you can be sure what cant be recycled wont end up in a landfill and Will be reused or refurbished and sold If your on a budget Im also pretty good at sourcing used parts or various types of vehicles and equipment. licensing, annual service schedule Project Management • Assist in project management responsibilities for new construction and building renovations including participation in the design, construction management and commissioning • Communicate, plan and schedule contractor, subcontractors and inspections to effectively manage security, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, ventilation, heating, cooling, fire prevention, elevator maintenance and other daily activities Health, Safety and Environment • Assist in the managing and supporting of the organization’s emergency preparedness program including but not limited to, risk management of assets and equipment and emergency response plans and procedure • Support and contribute to the organization’s business continuity program • Contribute to the organization’s commitment to improving its impact on the environment through day-today operations, suggestions on improving existing buildings and researching innovative ways to be a greener organization with our new and existing buildings • Evaluate and manage all assets and their life cycle to develop a plan to systematically strategize the future needs for our buildings • Oversee the development and implementation of safety management systems and preventative maintenance programs within their area of responsibilities • Support all safety management systems and promote safety culture throughout the organization Qualifications • Building trades certification, power engineering certification and/or facility management or a related is required • Mechanically inclined with a basic working knowledge of construction, building materials, electricity, heating and cooling systems, carpentry, plumbing, painting and preventative maintenance • 5 – 10 years’ experience managing buildings, people, projects and/or facilities is essential • Construction/project management experience would be an asset • Understanding of building systems (BMS) and building communication systems • Strong leadership skills along with a proven focus on mentoring and motivating an employee base of professionals • Knowledge of all federal and provincial legislation applicable to LSAF’s industry • Knowledge of fiscal management, risk management, business finance, capital funding, contracts and partnerships Working conditions • Primary work location will be in the Administration office located in Mayerthorpe, however, due to the nature of the organization and its geographical area of responsibility, work locations can vary. • Travel will be required, a Foundation owned vehicle will be provided. • Hours of work are Monday to Friday forty (40) hours per week, but additional hours may be required as needed to attend meetings and/or respond to emergencies Lac Ste. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various Customers in Barrhead and surrounding areas while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to operate a 5-ton body job. and load and unload freight from customer locations and on and off trailers by forklift and palette jack. Duties • Safely operate trucks and other heavy equipment to transport freight to designated locations. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. • Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other equipment when necessary. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. • Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices. • Proven experience in commercial driving, Hold a valid Class 5 license with air brakes, class 3 or class 1 preferably. • Must provide a Clean Commercial Drivers abstract; valid within the past 30 days • Minimum 3 years driving experience • Familiarity with freight handling procedures and regulations. • Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records.
