If you are seeing this it is still available.  This one is particularly geared for one or two people looking for a solid travel trailer. Bought new to convert in 2022.  14x 8x 8 high. Barn door style. Tandem electric brakes. Around 3800lbs. loaded. Chose this well built, sturdy trailer over all those crappy built, over priced travel trailers.  Fully winterized with 1.75 inches of insulation. Trimmed out and finished inside with t&g cedar and fir.  Single bed as I am a retired bachelor but could be easily converted to a double. Large water container under bench seat with 12V pumping to sink. Grey water container under sink for easy dumping. Portapotty turned out to be way more convenient than a built in toilet. 16" deep shelved storage space behind barn doors. On the electrical side... 400w of solar panels on the roof. 3 brand new 100ah Lithium Iron batteries in electrical cabinet  with Renogy 3000 inverter/charger and 30A mppt controller. 115 V shore power connection with 30/15amp plug. All solar and electrical Renogy. 4 evenly spaced 115v plugs on 15A breaker + outside receptacle. 2KW diesel heater that sips fuel. 6 flush mount ceiling lights with individual push button switches.  2 ceiling vent fans. Marine rockers for indoor and outdoor lights and water pump.  Small handy microwave and portable freezer/fridge.  Four corner drop down stabilizers. New tires. 2500W Craftsman inverter generator with less than 90 hrs. Weight distribution hitch with sway control. Just finished converting bed to a fold up with settee and drop down table. Pics included. Trailer was $12000+ off the lot and probably over $25000 invested. Not to mention a lot of hours in labour.  In Creston.

Caveat Emptor Spent your money Elsewhere Everyone. Adrenaline Pre-runner off-road Bumper For sale NO Refunds even know NFG. This bumper is useless. There is no way a winch can be mounted. Brand New Adrenaline Bumper from Martin Kines out of Okotoks Alberta. 99-02 Chevrolet or GMC Silverado/Sierra 2500HD Pre-runner Bumper. Mounted several times but has never seen the street. Will require significant modifications as the lower Mounting bracket are in the way and will not allow an actual winch to be mounted on Bracket. The Brackets will need to be cut off and moved to the outside frame rails. Also, ALL the Welds on the brackets must be done as they were just spot Welded during Manufacturing process.
