Smith & Wesson new model double action no 3 .This revolver still retains about 75% of the original nickel finish comes with a very nice set of pearl grips showing a little bit of were but no chips or cracks. The action functions very well in single or double action with good timing and lock up  still  lots of strong visible rifle but minor typical black powder pitting, it has a 6 inch barrel chambered in 44 Russian caliber  as well as a long cylinder , 1-9/16” This is an  revolver and you do not require PAL to purchase it.
